1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to the Oji Ramen Loyalty Application. By downloading, registering, or utilizing this application, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Oji Ramen to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
2. Eligibility & Account Creation
- Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to establish an independent loyalty profile. If you are under 18, you may only use this app under the strict supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
- Account Authenticity: You agree to provide accurate, truthful details (Name, Age, Phone, Email) during registration. Registering multiple accounts to manipulate the loyalty system is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate lifetime banning.
3. The Visit Tracking Mechanism ("Tap System")
- Verification Metric: Every time you visit a participating restaurant outlet, you must physically present and tap your application code at the point-of-sale (POS) terminal during your purchase transaction.
- Limitations on Adjustments: Only one (1) valid visit can be registered and incremented per individual per calendar day. Retrospective visit additions for past dining sessions where the application was not tapped will not be entertained or applied manually.
4. Tiered Loyalty Progression & Rewards Structure
Your loyalty status scales dynamically based on your recorded cumulative visit counts within a rolling 12-month period. The reward ecosystem operates as follows:

Discounts and vouchers issued within the application are non-transferable, possess zero cash value, and cannot be stacked or combined with any other concurrent offline promotions, happy hours, or festival menus unless explicitly stated.
5. Modification of Program and Termination
- Right to Amend: Oji Ramen reserves the explicit, unilateral right to modify, restructure, suspend, or terminate the loyalty tier parameters, percentages of discounts, or the entire loyalty program framework with a 15-day prior digital notice pushed through the app.
- Account Revocation: We reserve the right to forfeit points, downgrade tiers, or freeze accounts instantly if any fraudulent manipulation, terminal tampering, or abusive behavior toward store staff is identified.
6. Limitation of Liability
Oji Ramen is not liable for any temporary application downtime, network errors at the store terminal that prevent successful visit taps, loss of data due to mobile device compatibility issues, or unredeemed expired vouchers.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with national laws. Any disputes arising from the terms of the loyalty system shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the localized municipal courts where Oji Ramen's primary registered corporate headquarters is located.
